Circle Lenses Review: Kimchi Mio Pink

I figure I would at least do some reviews WITHOUT always having eyeliner on my eyes to give a better look as far as how they look without Make-Up!

Onto another Kimchi Mio series review, this time on the Kimchi Mio Pink.

The Kimchi Mio Series are 14.5mm Diameter Circle Lenses and this one of course is no exception.
It is Pink with swirls of a light brown/orange and specks of black. They are by far one of my favorite series based on Design. I really so like the Kimchi Brand a lot in general.

Now the Brown ones I purchased from Geo-Lens House. These I believe I purchased from Apple Of Your Eyes. Both have great prices (though Geo-Lens might be for a couple dollars less) with a 2 week waiting period. EMS is offered but with of course much higher rate than FedEx.

These are a little easier to tell the color versus the Brown Mio ones, due to the Pink of course. So even in Room Light/Low Light you can tell the color, which is nice :-).

Comfort: 10/10
They are comfortable. Very comfortable brand in my option. They do get drying but it's nothing that can't be handled with eye drops. This is to be expected with contact lenses.
I have worn these for 12 hours in one day. I did have to wet my eyes twice but that's to be expected. They didn't give me any problems and my eyes didn't start to hurt past 8 hours.
Disclaimer:
It is not recommended to wear large Circle Lenses after 8 hrs.

Design: 9/10
I enjoy the swirling. I like the Geo Hurricane series but since they are indeed an old series the lenses themselves are not comfortable and are now not in production anymore. These are a nice and larger substitute! I kinda wish the Brown wasn't the same accent in all their lenses but blended in with more of what ever color Lenses you have but so be it :-).

Enlargement: 10/10

They are enlarging, and very Dolly.

Overall: 10/10

The review for the Kimchi Mio Brown is Here. Picture quality it wasn't my best (Pre-New Camera - Phone and webcam pics) but you still actually get a nice idea :-).

Circle Lens Review: i.Fairy Hanabi Grey

I promised I would try to stay updated with the Reviews so that's what I'm trying to do : D!

And there is this Glare effect, I do not know where it came from.

This one is on the i.Fairy Hanabi Grey which I purchased from Geo-Lens House which is a Facebook store. They have many i.Fairy Lenses, Kimchi, Geo, Dolly+, Moe Moe and Keizen so check them out when you get a chance :3. They were about 16-17USD.

Now the Hanabi Grey's weren't my first pick, I wanted the Dolly+ in Grey but they did not have my Prescription in stock. I asked another Store and they were out of my Prescription as well. So I substituted with the Hanabi Grey's.

A close up of the Pattern of the lens and the lens itself. As you see it has a thick solid outer black ring which helps with the Enlarging effect of the Lenses. The Actual "Iris" part of the lens is a Heavy Grey with black strips going in a swirl motion outward. The Lens itself is 14.5/14.7mm in Diameter, the enlarging effect is 16.2mm.

Here's one with one lens in and one lens out.

As you see there is definitely a huge difference in the size of the contact on my Right eye in this picture verse my Left eye in the picture.

This is not a lens that is hard to notice, it is very noticeable even in not so low/poor lighting. Even if they can't tell the exact grey because sometimes in low lighting grey can come off as a Blue, you know you have some large eyes, haha.

Comparing Hanabi Grey to Geo Ash Grey:

The Geo Ash Grey isn't as vibrant of a Grey as the Hanabi's and it's also not as big in Diameter nor enlargement. I wear the Geo Ash Grey's often and I like how they look out in the Sunlight/in a Very well lit area but if you're somewhere where the Light isn't on you really then it's hard to even see what color they are. I've had many people go "Those are Grey???" Whenever they would ask if I even had on contacts while wearing them.

Now as far as the Reviewing goes

Comfort: 10/10
They are a very comfortable lens, I like how I don't feel them and that the pupil area is big so you never have to worry if you might have some color in your field of vision causing blurness.

Color & Design: 8/10
It's a nice lens but it's definitely a "Oh I KNOW you got something on" lens. Which can be okay if that is what you're going for like for Cosplay for example. But if you're like me who like the bigger lenses for the Shiny eyes and "Dolly eye" effect then this lens can be a hit or miss when it comes to it. It definitely depends on what you're wearing and the lighting to see if you get the desired Dolly eye effect that you want. As noted from above I really wanted the Dolly+ Grey's for the Dolly Eye effect but again these lenses are still nice :-).

Enlargement: 10/10
You can definitely tell the enlargement, it's a nice big enlargement. If you want something subtle this is definitely not something you want. a Subtle lens with a non-enlarging effect would be the Geo Ash Grey :-)

Overall: 9/10
I will say these lenses have me looking at the other colors in the Hanabi series. Based on the vibrant of the colors they are definitely a Cosplay type of lenses or for someone who wants the over the top lenses.

Circle Lens Review: Kimchi Mio Brown

Hi guys! I haven't made any actual post in a long time due to me having to Work full time and along with school I've been so busy but enough with excuses, here's a REVIEW!

No Lenses:

 With the Kimchi Mio Browns

Yes the Kimchi Mio Brown. Kimchi is a new brand which has many designs I like and I figured I'd be the one of the first to give a review for their lenses :-). I heard about them in Late July of this year, they might've been out a little bit sooner but that's when I found out.

To get the questions out of the way first...

Where did you get them? How much were they? I ordered these from Geo-Lens House which is a Facebook Store. They cost about 15USD. I used Paypal and they were sent out on the 24th of August, and I received them yesterday, 2nd of September :-). I paid for Registered Mail, so no fast delivery though I will say I did receive them sooner than I expected. It was my first time ordering from them. I was a bit hesitant and that's why I love Paypal for orders I am skeptical about but they have definitely gained my trust and I will gladly order from them again in the Future :-D.

Along with the lens you get a White and Pink transparent lens case.

The Kimchi Mio Brown are 14.5mm in Diameter, the enlargement effect is 16 - 16.2 mm; so that should tell you right away that they have a Solid black outer ring. The contact itself has Black, Brown, Light brown/tan and Orange color pattern. I've been on a search for a Brown lens I will really like and a new brand is out with the Swirl pattern like the Geo Hurricane Series, except they are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! The Geo Hurricane Browns which have been sitting on my Contact Drawer collecting dust can now be thrown away since I have a replacement for them. Extremely happy about that :-D

I will say that they give a huge Brown/Bambi eye effect if you're not in good lighting/poor lighting which is fine, but up close you can see the color and the swirl pattern of it.

For Comfort I give them a 10/10
Though I haven't had them that long I've become use to contacts now with the way they feel right away verse later on. They do get dry later on but you can't expect contacts to not get dry. Also you might not need drops because my eyes just get dry anyway, working at a place where there is fans literally being blown on you doesn't help either.

Color and Design: 9.5/10
I enjoy the brown, it is very nice, though I do kind of wish the color Popped more but that's just my personal preference. I will say I like the blending the color has with the lens and the iris color though.

Enlargement: 10/10
They are definitely enlarging, there is no hiding that and I did get them for the enlargement factor.

Overall: 10/10

Kimchi might become my favorite brand along with Dueba/G&G. I'm looking forward to possibly getting the collect Mio series :-).

Here's a Webcam picture with poor lighting except for a light in front of my face to help you see the color.

I will try to post better and more pictures of the lens using a different camera and with less makeup (I don't usually wear Makeup but it's what I do with a new lenses that's large in size and I'm not use to wearing yet :-)).

((and yes the picture at the top is recent my nose ring is just flipped up instead of down and visible))
